Your confidence in my ability to respect and preserve your privacy is critical to my business. None of the information you share with me will be released to anyone unless:

• you specifically request that a particular piece of information be given to a particular person
• I am required by law to do so, or
• It lessens a serious threat to a person's health or safety.

The results of any psychometric tests or career development tools you choose to use will be given directly to you. I will not keep copies of the results as they are for your information and benefit only. However, there are some psychometric tests that require the results be provided to researchers conducting statistical analysis. In those instances the results will not contain any information that is capable of identifying you. This will be advised to you when we discuss which tools you would find most useful.

At the end of a session, I will make a brief note of the topics we discussed and whatever 'homework' you undertook to do. You may access these notes at any time if you wish. Please do not hesitate to discuss any privacy concerns with me at any time.
